Strictly No Rideshare Use
1-2-U L.L.C. is a privately owned vehicle rental service designed for independent gig workers and everyday drivers. We explicitly exclude the use of third-party rideshare platforms such as Uber, Lyft, and similar services. Our vehicles are provided as direct-access transportation solutions, ensuring reliability and independence for our customers.
All renters must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Vehicles are provided for personal and professional use only, excluding commercial rideshare operations.
Terms of Service
Insurance & Liability
1-2-U L.L.C. provides comprehensive rental insurance coverage for all vehicles. This includes collision damage waiver (CDW) and liability protection. Please ensure your personal policy is up to date before booking.
Vehicle Maintenance
All vehicles in our fleet are subject to a rigorous pre- and post-rental inspection. We maintain strict standards for cleanliness and mechanical integrity to ensure a reliable experience for every gig worker.
Usage Restrictions
By using our service, you agree to use the vehicle solely for personal or professional transportation. No rideshare platforms such as Uber, Lyft, or similar services are permitted. Unauthorized use voids your rental agreement.
Damage & Loss
Any damage to the vehicle or loss of personal belongings during the rental period is the responsibility of the customer. Please report any issues immediately to our support team.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
